It is a very good location with a significant number of shops, retail and service establishments, as well as atmospheric restaurants. Our guests will be able to go for dinner to the Italian restaurant il Punto (500 m), "PHỞ 1 na Pokornej" (450 m), or to the Gdański Bar Mleczny (550 m). There is also no shortage of atmospheric cafés where you can enjoy a cup of your favourite coffee and have a good time. Café Bonitas is located 550 metres from the flat, and Green Caffè Nero - 350 metres. There is also no shortage of green areas where you can go for a walk or jog surrounded by nature. In close proximity, there is the AK "Czata 49" battalion square, Romualda Traugutta Park with the Polonia Warszawa stadium, or the 1st Armoured Division of the Polish Army square with a fantastic multimedia fountain park. While in the capital, it is definitely worth visiting the famous Old Town and the Royal Castle. The distance to this remarkable place is only 2 kilometres. It can be covered on foot in about 25 minutes or by public transport. The area is well connected to other parts of the city, which can be easily reached by tram and bus. This is made possible by numerous tram stops and underground stations. The nearest tram stop is only 100 metres from the flat. It will be a great place to stay during a business trip or holiday in Warsaw. Its unique interior will ensure proper comfort and tranquillity during your stay, and the full equipment will ensure that our guests will not have to worry about anything. Lots of wood on the floor and furnishings create an extremely warm and homely atmosphere. The light-coloured walls and stylish accessories complete the overall composition and fit perfectly into the atmosphere of the flat. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, which converts into a sleeping area for 2 people at night. There is also a coffee table and a large table and chairs, and the suite's multimedia equipment includes a SmartTV and WIFI internet access. Thanks to the desk present in the studio, our guests will be able to take care of business duties while away. The kitchenette has been fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. Numerous amenities are available, such as a fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The cosy, modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.
