This micro studio apartment is located in the basement of a cozy, pre-war house. The house is situated in the Wyględów neighborhood of Mokotów district on Miączyńska Street. This charming historic part of Mokotów is a perfect choice for people valuing green walking areas and good cuisine, and convenient access to the strict city center. On the neighboring streets guests can visit many atmospheric restaurants and cafes, as well as service points, fulfilling all daily needs.
The location ensures transport comfort, thanks to the nearby bus and tram stops (within couple of minutes walk) and two metro stations (Wierzbno and Racławicka) less than 2 km from the property. By using public transport, the city center can be reached in 30 minutes, and the Old Town in 35 minutes. The Chopin Airport is accessible in 12 – 15 minute car drive.
