This sunny studio apartment is located on the 8th floor of a residential building in the Wyględów neighborhood of Mokotów district on Malawskiego Street. This charming historic part of Mokotów is a perfect choice for people valuing green walking areas and good cuisine, and convenient access to the strict city center. On the neighboring streets guests can visit many atmospheric restaurants and cafes, as well as service points, fulfilling all daily needs. Points of interest in the area are: Park Arkadia (2.5 km), Pola Mokotowskie (2.7 km), Galeria Mokotów shopping center (1.8 km), and Park Wodny Warszawianka (2.9 km).
