The building is of historical significance and has definitely made its mark in the history of Szczecin. Its proximity to all attractions is a huge advantage. It takes just five minutes to walk to the famous Szczecin Boulevards - the perfect place for a leisurely stroll with family or friends. Walking along the path by the Western Oder River, you can admire old and new Szczecin in all its glory. This is definitely one of the most representative places on the city map. Just cross the Długi Bridge to reach the Old Market Square, where you can see, among others, the modern Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic Hall, the Chrobry Embankment or the Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes. A walk to these facilities should not take more than twenty minutes. In the vicinity of the square, you will find many restaurants serving dishes from all over the world, as well as a variety of retail and service outlets. Szczecin Port Centralny railway station is only fifteen minutes away.
