The apartment is located in a new housing estate at Grota-Roweckiego Street in Wrocław. Quiet and peacefull neighborhood as well as modern infrastructure makes the apartment perfect for both business and recreation stay. In the area you will find numerous restaurants and cafies - beef restaurant Woławina (10 min by foot), pizza restaurant Pepe (14 min by foot), burger restaurant SURFER (19 min by foot) and many others. There are also several supermarkets in about 15 min walk and a bakery Różana in 20 min walk.
In about 2 km from the accomodation is located a beautiful park with a lake - South Park (Park Południowy). You can get there in 25 min by foot or just in 6 min by car. Nearby is located one more park - Park Skowroni - which will be perfect for long walks or jogging.
The city center can be reached in about 15-20 min by car. Guests travelling by car can take advantage of private parking place in the underground garage.

Beautiful and cosy apartment will be perfect for 2 persons or a family with a child. The flat has two levels and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, one bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub and WC. There is also a balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
The living room with kitchenette are situated on the first level. The living room is equipped with a sofa, an armchair, coffee table and flat screen TV with Netflix. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary kitchen amenities for cooking and serving meals. In the fridge you will also find a special present. The bedroom is located on the second level and is equipped with double bed, desk with a chair, mirror and big wardrobe. Bathroom is also located on this level.
