One-bedroom apartment with an area of 45 m² is located in a modern housing estate at Kajdasza Street in Wrocław. It is an area where you can feel like you are in the city, enjoying its charms while having the comfort of a quiet neighborhood. Therefore, it is a perfect location for people who value an active lifestyle and who like space in the vicinity of greenery. The facility is located about 7 km from the city center (Rynek, Panorama of the Battle of Raclawice). Access by car will take about 30 minutes. There is also a bus stop 6 minutes' walk from the building, which connects you to the city center and other parts of Wrocław. The nearby Grabowy Labyrinth (3 km) or Aquapark Wrocław (5 km) and the famous Zoo with an aquarium (9 km) are entertainment for the whole family. YYou don't have to look far for tasty dishes and delicious coffee, because the Stodoła restaurant is located 1 km from the building! There are also 2 supermarkets nearby - Żabka (76m) and Biedronka (1 km).

The apartment arranged for 4 people will be the perfect solution for a family stay in Wrocław! It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The bedroom also has a desk with a chair for remote work. The kitchenette includes all the necessary kitchen appliances and tableware for cooking and serving meals. There you will find an induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, as well as all necessary utensils, pots and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower function and a washing machine, which makes the apartment perfect for a stay with small children. Towels and toiletries are available for each guest. There is a TV in the lounge and free Wi-Fi. The apartment has its own exit to a grassy terrace facing the northern side of the world with garden furniture (table, 2 chairs). The apartment has an assigned parking space in the garage (entrance to the car park is at the Carrefour store), where guests arriving by car can freely use a private parking space during their stay.
