Spacious and modern apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building on Wólczyńska Street, in Warsaw's Bielany district. The location is an excellent choice for those looking for peace and quiet away from the center, but at the same time want to enjoy all the charms that city life offers. The apartment is a great option for families with children - a 12-minute walk is enough to reach Brustman's Ponds park with as many as three playgrounds! In the AREA you can find everything you need for a successful holiday. Just around the corner is a grocery store Żabka and Lewiatan, where you can stock up on essential products. In this safe, green neighborhood is located Bielański Forest (3 km), which is a great place for relaxing walks in the shade of trees with the whole family. The AREA abounds in beautiful green areas - take a bike trip or a leisure walk in the Kampinos Forest, located about 6 km from the property. In addition, just 7 minutes by car is enough to reach the nearby Galeria Młociny, where you can find dozens of stores of well-known brands, popular restaurants and a cinema. Numerous bus and streetcar stops ensure trouble-free movement around the Capital. Bielany is perfectly communicated with other districts of Warsaw also thanks to the M1 subway line. A few steps from the apartment there is a bus stop "Popiela", from which in a few minutes you can get to the subway station "Młociny" (1.5 km), so you will be in the center of Warsaw in less than 20 minutes. Getting to Chopin Airport by cab or car is about 35 minutes, and to the West Railway Station 20 minutes.

Extremely functional and bright apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is the best choice for a family trip to the Capital! The living area consists of two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The living area opens onto a balcony equipped with garden furniture, overlooking the AREA. The interior is finished in a cozy style, providing maximum comfort while keeping the space simple and modern. The homey and friendly atmosphere of the apartment is also influenced by the large amount of daylight that fills the rooms. The apartment has as many as two desks in one of the bedrooms, so guests who work remotely don't have to worry about carrying out their work duties. The place is stocked with all the basics necessary for relaxation. Multimedia includes a flat-screen SmartTV with Internet access and cable channels, as well as free Wi-Fi. To make the apartment more self-sufficient, the fully equipped kitchenette has the necessary appliances (kettle, oven or induction hob), while in the bathroom guests will find a washing machine and hair dryer. To facilitate the start of each stay, a complimentary set of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and linens are provided. Guests traveling by car can park in a private parking space in the underground garage.
