This unique loft apartment is located in the new residential building at Opieńskiego Street in Poznań in a very convenient location in Piątkowo district, with easy access to the city center and close to green areas.

Across the street from the building is a local shopping center with a Kaufland supermarket, and a second supermarket, Aldi, is a 3-minute walk away. There is also a number of restaurants and pizzerias nearby from which you can arrange food delivery. The apartment is professionally finished in a modern style, with a thoughtful color theme and a decorative neon sign on the living room wall. In addition, the standard of stay is elevated by a wide range of amenities. The living room has a SmartTV with Internet access and 127 TV channels, and throughout the apartment guests can connect via free Wi-Fi with high-speed fiber optic Internet.
