It only takes a three-minute walk to see the Fort IXa facility - a former part of the Poznan Fortification. In addition, the neighborhood abounds in riverside green areas, which are ideal for recreation, sightseeing or a Sunday stroll with the family. The area along the Warta River (Debinski Forest) also abounds in historical sites - there are several old shelters and monuments. It's a great place to experience a bit of nature in a big city. It takes only fifteen minutes to walk to the viewpoint located by the Sunny Pond. In the immediate vicinity of the building you will find plenty of retail and service outlets and grocery stores, one of which is located less than two minutes from the apartment. The neighborhood is very well connected with the rest of Poznań, the road to the bus stop Kasztanowa n/ż takes only four minutes.
