The building has free of charge swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness room. There is also a bicycle rental nearby.
Beautiful sandy beach is only 450 m away!
Numerous shopping and catering outlets fulfil all daily needs, so that you can relax and enjoy all resort benefits. The nearest restaurant is just 2 minutes by walk away, and the nearest grocery store - 800 m. For further exploration of Kołobrzeg, you can rent a bicykle from a bike rental 200 m from the apartment, and visit the lighthouse (4 km), a promenade (3.5 km) or the oceanarium (2.8 km).
The outdoor swimming pool on the Polanki estate (Klonowa Street) has been open since 1 June. Opening hours are from 9:00 to 19:00.

Wszystko było dla mnie idealne, od miejsca-położenia apartamenty na zamkniętym kameralnym osiedlu z kompleksem fitness, sauną, 600 m od morza wśród drzew i zieleni po sam apartament i ciszę naokoło. Znam to osiedle i bardzo mi odpowiada więc celowo wybrałam to miejsce na relaks z psiną. W tym apartalencie byłam pierwszy raz. Czystość, przestrzeń, wygoda, i 4 piętro, tarasik z widokiem na las. Cisza i śpiew ptaków. Tego mi było trzeba! Apartament skromny, bez wymyślnych rzeczy ale wszystko jest co potrzebne na kilka dni. Świetny pomysł z garderoba gdzie zostawia się cały brud z dworu, smycz i karmę psiny. Od wejścia do budynku ułatwienie dla właścicieli psów, osobne wejście do windy. Niuans ale istotny. Bardzo czysto w budynku, pomimo ciągłego ruchu gości. My trafiliśmy na wyjątkowy spokój w tygodniu. Marzec jest pod tym względem dobry. Odpoczęłam i psiną przeszczesliwy bliskością plaży i morza. Ułatwienie z kluczem w mini sejfie, bardzo wygodne. Polecam!
