The apartment is located in the seaside district of Kolobrzeg, in a new apartment building at Spacerowa 2. The apartment building is equipped with a lift. In the building, for an additional fee, you can use the sauna and the gym. There is also a closed bicycle room on the premises.
The building provides privacy and the possibility to take walks in the nearby parks and green areas. A great advantage is the location, as the apartment building is only 600 metres from the beach, 700 metres from the railway station and 700 metres from the pier.
The surrounding area is well developed, so you will find everything you need near the apartment. In the neighbourhood you can find numerous retail and service points and restaurants.
