This spacious Apartment is located in the modern Port Residence - Kolobrzeg "Navigator" Apartments, located in the charming seaside town of Kolobrzeg, at 14 Portowa St. With its short distance to the sandy beach (700 m) and the Theatre Park (350 m), the apartament is an excellent choice for those who are looking for a retreat from the city noise and relaxation surrounded by nature. The coastal climate is conducive to regeneration, and the clean air rich in iodine ensures improved health and well-being. In addition to the natural advantages, the area abounds in attractions typical of seaside towns. Numerous restaurants and cafés with a wide range of dishes and drinks cater for a variety of tastes and culinary preferences. In particular, you will find many places with seafood specialities on their menu. While in Kołobrzeg, it is worth visiting its biggest attractions, such as the pier (800 m), the Museum of Wax Figures (550 m) or the Lighthouse (850 m). Sailing enthusiasts, within a few minutes' drive, will find the Marina Solna - a sailing marina, the Kołobrzeg Maritime Heritage Park (a Cold War-era patrol submarine with an exhibition in the engine room and the possibility to visit the deck) and the Piracy Museum. The Apartment's charming location is conducive to beachcombing and nature walks, and for those who appreciate active recreation, the area offers numerous bicycle paths. Grocery shopping can be done at the nearest Żabka, which can be reached in 5 minutes, or at Biedronka, which is a bit further away. There is a train to Kołobrzeg - the railway station is about 800 m from the flat.

This picturesquely located apartment of 56 m² consists of two levels, so it comfortably accommodates 6 people. It is an ideal choice for a holiday stay for a family or a group of friends. The flat charms with its modern décor, which is a combination of white, black and grey, creating a harmonious atmosphere full of elegance and tranquillity. Tastefully selected accessories add character and charm to the interior. The ground floor of the Apartment includes a kitchenette, a living room with access to the balcony and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with access to the balcony and a toilet. The living space is formed by an open-plan kitchen connected to the dining room and the living room. This is the perfect relaxation zone, favoured by the natural sunlight streaming in through the panoramic windows. In addition, thanks to the comfortable sofa bed, it is a comfortable sleeping area for two people. The balcony with garden furniture adds to the charm and allows you to enjoy your morning coffee prepared in the available coffee machine. Fully equipped with high quality appliances, the kitchenette will make cooking in such a place a real pleasure. The comfortable, spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed is equipped with a large wardrobe, ideal for storing clothes and luggage. In addition, it has a sofa bed and access to a second balcony from which you will be able to enjoy the view of the Apartment area.
