The building is located in the famous seaside resort of Kolobrzeg. It is a city offering many tourist attractions, unique monuments, shops, as well as restaurants. There is a famous lighthouse, which is also a viewpoint for tourists. From the top of the lighthouse, visitors can enjoy the view of the city and the waves. A few steps away is the pier, at the end of which you will find the TRio Molo Café. There you can enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee to make your walk more pleasant. The flat is located in a quiet area, which will allow you to fully relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surrounding, omnipresent greenery creates a beautiful landscape and will certainly make your stay more pleasant. The nearest Wendland restaurant can be reached in just a 4-minute drive. There are also many grocery shops nearby where our guests will be able to stock up on all their essentials. A large Biedronka supermarket is available 800 metres from the building. During your stay, it is worth going to the city centre to see the historic town hall, the Museum of Polish Arms in Kołobrzeg or the General Jan Henryk Dąbrowski Park with its water reservoir. The Parsęta River flows through the city as well, along whose banks you can take a stroll and admire the local nature.

This charming flat will transport our guests to an extraordinary seaside world and make your holiday in Kołobrzeg certainly unforgettable! On its area of 40 m² it can accommodate 4 people. It will be an excellent choice for families with children or groups of friends wishing to spend a pleasant time at the seaside. The flat consists of a living room, bedroom, balcony and bathroom with shower. It has been designed in pleasant, bright colours with elements of powder pink and coastal blue. Each room has its own unique décor and the necessary amenities during your stay. The spacious living room is furnished with a double corner sofa bed, which converts into a sleeping area for 2 people at night. The room also features a remote working desk, a TV, a table with chairs and a chest of drawers. WIFI internet access is also provided in the flat. The separate bedroom guarantees privacy and will be the perfect place to relax after a busy day. It has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, and is decorated in a truly coastal atmosphere. The kitchenette has a comfortable table and chairs and all the utensils necessary for preparing meals. The elegant bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a washing machine and a set of towels. From the flat you can go directly to the balcony with garden furniture. There is a sports field and a playground in the estate.
