Description
ATTENTION: As of 16.01.2023, the community began work on the restoration of the
"B" staircase (on level "0" - works to seal the floor.). The work will be carried out daily from 7 am to 8 pm,
power tools will be used from 8:00 am.
The work is not expected to last longer than the end of February. We apologize for the inconvenience.
BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:
This modern and comfortable apartment is located in the heart of Gdańsk, on the island Wyspa Spichrzów. Surrounded by the waters of the Motława River, the apartment offers proximity to numerous restaurants and cafes, and the most important Gdańsk historical landmarks. The Neptune Fountain on the Długi Targ Str. is just 10 minutes away from the buidling.The apartment is part of a moden apartment complex, where you can relax in a SPA&Wellness center (additional charges apply) and an on-spot restaurant. This area is also great starting point to explore the rest of Tricity. By using the direct city train (SKM) line, Sopot can be reached in 40 minutes.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is designed for 4 people. It has a comfortable bedroom, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the historical buildings and river. This functional spaces creates a homey atmosphere thanks to bright design. Many amenities, such as free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and a washing machine assure the comfort of the stay. The kitchnette with an extensive range of kitchen appliances gives (including a microwave and a coffee maker) gives flexibility is preparing home-cooked meals. Guests can use a private parking spot in the garage.
