THE BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:
This spacious, two levels Apartment is located in charming Dziwnówek at Wolności 19. The surrounding area has all the qualities of a seaside town. In the neighbourhood there are numerous restaurants offering seafood specialities - Romans with the Sea Restaurant is 84 m away. Approximately a 6-minute walk separates the property from the beautiful, wide beach, which remains uncrowded even in high season. The seaside scenery and the beautiful and nature-rich park surroundings, the proximity of cycle paths are the main attraction of the area. Thanks to good transport, we can get from the bus stop located 400 m away to the nearby towns of Dziwnow or Międzywodzie or located slightly further to Międzyzdroje. For fast shopping, we can go to a Dino shop (150 m) or Żabka (300 m).
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
This modernly furnished, two levels apartment is 48 m² in size and has the capacity to accommodate 6 people. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a balcony and a garden. The interior is bright, spacious and functionally designed, meeting all the needs of guests. A comfortable stay is ensured by the well-equipped kitchenette, where you will find an induction hob, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The living room is an excellent space for relaxation, with additional sleeping space for two thanks to the sofa bed. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable double bed and access to the balcony. Inside the second bedroom there are two single beds, a TV and a desk - an ideal space for remote working. An unquestionable advantage of the Apartment is the enclosed garden, which is directly accessible from the living room. This is a fantastic place to spend time outdoors, where morning coffee can taste even better. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen TV, as well as free Wi-Fi access. An additional asset of the flat is the washing machine, which will increase comfort during longer stays. On hot days, pleasant cooling will be provided by air conditioning. For a good start to their stay, we provide guests with free toiletries, towels and bed linen. For motorists, a guaranteed parking space next to the building is an unquestionable plus. Pets are accepted for an additional fee.
